I’m not so good on sizes :/ I don’t even measure myself, I just sort of estimate. Uhm I guess you could try a medium. A medium in Zara is 10-12 (UK size) a large would be 14-16 (UK size) and a small would be 6-8 (UK size) so I think a medium should fit but don’t go by the size you usually by at other stores because Zara do weird sizes and each item will be a different size to what you are.
